Thermally stretched seamless steel pipes are made of construction and low alloy steel types and find application in pipeline installations, gas-main installations, metal constructions, production of machine details and others. The pipes are packed in bundles with a steel band and weight up to 5000 kg.
We put into operation a 2 mln. Euro investment of two fault detection systems:
- Eddy current fault detection from “DR. FОЕRSTER”, with it we can guarantee the hydraulic density for the tubes
- Ultra sonic fault detection from “GENERAL ELECTRIC” so to be able to check the transverse and longitudinal faults on the wall of the tubes
